Penalty Rules for Violations
 
1. Once illegal content is detected, it will be automatically replaced with this warning notice;

2. Accounts that publish illegal content will be permanently banned with posting and commenting privileges revoked. Corresponding devices and IP addresses will be blacklisted and blocked from new account registration;
​
3. The platform retains complete records of all posts, login data, device information and IP logs. We will provide all reserved evidence to judicial authorities worldwide in case of criminal offenses;
​
4. All legal liabilities arising from posting illegal content shall be borne solely by the publisher, and the platform shall not be held jointly liable.
